The Friends of Moreno Valley Senior Center, Inc. (FMVSCI) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization which was established on May 23, 1985, to maintain and support the Moreno Valley Senior Center. The Board of Directors and members are governed by by-laws.

Our mission is to promote social welfare and enhance the quality of life for senior residents living in the City of Moreno Valley.
We manage the MoVan Senior Transportation Program sponsored by the City of Moreno Valley CDBG Grant Program funded by HUD, Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) Measure A Funding and the MoVan vehicle funded by Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5310 - Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program.
