Your Rights Under Title VI
of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 requires that no person in the United States, on the grounds of race, color or national origin be excluded from, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination, under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. For more information about FMVSCI’s Title VI Program or to file a complaint, you may contact the FMVSCI President, Title VI Administrator at (951) 518-6861 or by visiting the Moreno Valley Senior Center, 25075 Fir Avenue, Moreno Valley, CA 92553 to request and complete a Title VI Complaint Form.

A complaint may be filed directly with the Federal Transit Administration by filing a complaint with the Title VI Program Coordinator, FTA Office of Civil Rights, East Building, 5th Floor – TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., S.E., Washington, D.C. 2059
