
MoVan
MoVan is a safe and convenient form of transit service especially designed to meet mobility needs of seniors and disabled adult residents of Moreno Valley. MoVan will transport you, curb-to-curb to our Senior Community Center and return you back home. The benefits of the MoVan allow the seniors to participate with the daily lunch and snack distribution, physical activities, day field trips and enhance their quality of life.​​

OUR FUNDING
The MoVan Senior Transportation Program is funded by the following:

City of Moreno Valley CDBG Grant Program funded by HUD

Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) Measure A Funds

MoVan vehicle funded by Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5310 - Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program.

Eligibility Requirements
Moreno Valley resident who is age 60 years of age or more, or an adult who is physically disabled who does not require assistance. For riders who need assistance, you are required to travel with an escort.

Call Dispatch - 24 hours ahead
MoVan will transport you, curb-to-curb to our Senior Community Center and return you back home. It offers one-way service to medical appointments and shopping (Based upon availability of the van).

Service Hours
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
The Mo Van doesn't run during certain holidays and hours are subject to change. Please refer to your rider handbook for specific holidays.
Fare
$1 for one way local trips
$2.50 for one way trips outside of the city limits (medical visits only within 20 mile radius)
